Client requested External wall insulation to the front and sides of the property as the rear was cavity. The property was cladded with machine cut brickslip tiles to the bottom section at the front. This was to ensure the character of the property was kept. Top sections including the sides were finished in a polymer scraped render. All materials provided by PRB systems. All of our systems warrant a 10 year manufactures certificate.
Plinths created using xps foam and rendered, followed by a silicone paint.
