Our team recently completed an external wall insulation project in WD17, Watford, delivering a comprehensive solution that enhanced both the performance and kerb appeal of this home.
The works involved the installation of a full external wall insulation system, finished with a lightweight, pre-coloured Monocouche render. To add architectural character and retain the property’s traditional look, we incorporated detailing such as brick slips to the front elevation.
As part of the project, all external pipework was carefully extended, ensuring a neat and functional finish. The works also included extending the Tudor cladding and roof lines corresponding with the insulation depth, integrating the insulation seamlessly with the original features of the property.
The result is a modernised exterior that combines improved thermal efficiency with a high-quality, long lasting rendered finish, while respecting and enhancing the property’s original character.
